Filled eggs
Preparation method
Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes. Rinse them under cold water to shock them. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the egg yolk and place it in a separate bowl. Then mash this as finely as possible with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, paprika powder and curry powder and mix everything well. Then put this mixture in a piping bag* and make nice swirls in the egg whites. Then decorate them with finely chopped chives and enjoy!
*or just with a spoon 🥄

- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tsp mild French mustard
- Pinch of paprika powder
- Pinch of curry powder
- Fresh chives
