Vegetarian sandwich with truffle cheese and Marne honey mustard

Preparation method

Heat a pan and fry the mushrooms until well done. Add the honey mustard to the mushrooms and stir well so that they are covered with the mustard. Top a slice of bread with all the other ingredients, together with the mushrooms that have been fried in the honey-mustard sauce.

Place the second slice of bread on top of the sandwich to complete the sandwich.

Cut the sandwich in half to get two halves. Your sandwich is now ready! Enjoy your meal!

(for 2 persons)

  • 4 fresh slices of bread (to taste)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 6 cucumber slices
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of (Vega) ham
  • 2 slices of truffle cheese
  • Butter (to taste)
  • 250 gr mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Marne honey mustard
