Tomatoes with coarse mustard and aged cheese

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a greased baking dish with the inside facing up. Place a small spoonful of the chosen Marne Mustard variant on each half tomato. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the old cheese. Place in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!

Tip: you can also prepare this dish on the barbecue (with a lid). Then place the tomatoes in a disposable aluminum bowl.

Ingredients

  • 10 medium tomatoes
  • 1 jar Marne Mustard (for example Marne Groninger, Marne Limburgse or Marne Grove Mustard)
  • 1 bag of grated old cheese
