Scampis with garlic mustard

Preparation method

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scampi, stirring, for 1 minute.
Stir in the cream, garlic mustard, ketchup and curry powder.
Serve with baguette.

Mix the 2 pressed garlic cloves with the entire contents of the mustard jar in a separate bowl and then put the garlic mustard back in the jar.
Place the sealed jar of garlic mustard in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  •  1 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 raw scampi, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • baguette
  • 1 jar of Marne coarse mustard
  • 2 clove garlic pressed
