Cut the lettuce into not too large pieces. Tear the arugula into smaller pieces and cut the sardines into pieces. Halve the tomatoes and remove the inner part. Then cut the tomatoes into cubes. Chop the onion and crumble the feta cheese. Then carefully mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Make a dressing of oil, vinegar and Marne French Mustard. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste and spoon the dressing over the salad.

- 150 g mixed lettuce of your choice
- 50 gr arugula
- 1 can of sardines
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 6 tbsp good olive oil
- 2 tbsp Marne French Mustard
- lemon juice
- peper
