Chicory mustard pizza

This unexpected combination is a hit! The spicy mustard goes very well with the chicory and bacon.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Clean the chicory, cut it lengthwise and into wedges. Stew the chicory in a pan and let it cook gently. Squeeze as much moisture as possible from the chicory. Mix the mustard and dairy spread together and spread the base with it. Divide the chicory over the base, then the bacon & mozzarella. Bake the pizza for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees or until the cheese browns. Divide the lamb's lettuce over your pizza.

  • 1 pizza base
  • 30 g dairy spread light
  • 1 tbsp Marne Dijon mustard
  • 1 head of chicory (100gr)
  • 100 g lean bacon
  • 1/2 ball of light mozzarella (65 gr)
  • 20 gr lamb's lettuce
