Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Start by making the breadcrumbs. Take fresh breadcrumbs or ready-made breadcrumbs and mix in a bunch of freshly chopped parsley, paprika powder, dried oregano, black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese. Dry the drumsticks thoroughly with kitchen paper. Mix the melted butter, garlic and Marne French Mustard into a smooth sauce and rub the chicken legs with it. Roll the drumsticks in the panel mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast the chicken legs in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

  • 200 gr breadcrumbs
  • bunch of fresh parsley

  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 100 gr parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams (melted) butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 gr Marne French Mustard
