Preparation method

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it. Add garlic and onion and fry briefly. Then cook the pasta until al dente. In the meantime, stir the tomatoes, wine, mustard, thyme and basil into the mince mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the pasta and sauce and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy it!!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 gr minced beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 400 gr pasta
  • 500 g vine tomatoes, chopped
  • 200 ml of red wine
  • 2 tbsp Groningen mustard
  • 1 sprig of thyme, leaves finely chopped
  • A few basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
