Beef tenderloin coated with mustard and fresh herbs

Preparation method

1 Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2 Mix the mustard with the parsley and basil. Roll the meat in it so that it is well coated on all sides with the herbs. Place in a greased baking dish and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
3 Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and cut it into 4 equal pieces.

Ingredients

  • piece of tenderloin of 500 g
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • small handful of parsley, finely chopped
  • small handful of basil, finely chopped
  • olive oil for greasing
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
