Mustard onion rolls with cheese

You'll want to make these mustard onion rolls! And don't wait until they have cooled down completely because they taste best a little warm.

Preparation method

Knead everything with the food processor for 5-10 minutes and let rise covered for 1 hour

Cut 3 red onions into thin rings, fry them for about 20 minutes on low heat with a knob of butter and a tablespoon of thyme until translucent. Let cool.
Roll out your dough into a large slab and spread with a generous tablespoon of Dijon. Sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese 75 gr and divide the onion rings over it. Now roll everything up into a large roll and cut the slices. Place these side by side on the baking tray, cover again and let rise for another 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and sprinkle the rolls with extra cheese (again 75 g) and bake in the center of the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done.
