Cut the chicken into nice strips and dip them in a bowl with the beaten egg. Let the strips drain briefly and sprinkle them generously with flour all over. In the meantime, make a sauce of Marne French Mustard, honey and a dash of soy sauce to your own liking. Fry the chicken in olive oil and add the sauce. Let it cook for a while longer. As a finishing touch, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds over the chicken and then turn up the heat and fry the strips until crispy.
