Preparation method

Boil the eggs hard and rinse them well in cold water. Cut the ham, pickle and egg into pieces of approximately equal size. Mix the crème fraîche, a pinch of curry powder and the Marne Coarse Mustard thoroughly in a large bowl. Then stir the eggs and ham into the sauce. Let it rest so that the flavors can blend well. The salad is at its best when you let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Take three slices of casino bread and cut off the crusts. Spread the first slice of bread with a thin layer of the ham and egg salad. Now place the second slice of bread on top. Then spread this second bun and place the third slice of bread on top. Press the whole gently and cut the bread in half diagonally. Enjoy your meal!

Tip for drinks! Use a glass to press a few rounds out of a few slices of bread. Spread these sandwiches with the ham and egg salad and stick cheerful skewers into them.

  • 90 g boiled egg
  • 30 grams of ham
  • 15 g pickle
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 30 gr Marne Grove Mustard
  • 1 white casino bread
