Preparation method

Boil the eggs hard and plunge them into cold water. Cut the smoked salmon, gherkins and eggs into approximately equal-sized pieces. Mix the crème fraîche, a pinch of dill and the Marne Honey Mustard Sauce thoroughly in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients and sauce together. Let it rest so that the flavors can blend well. The salad is at its best when you let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Take three slices of casino bread and cut off the crusts. Spread the first slice of bread with a thin layer of the salmon and egg salad. Now place the second slice of bread on top. Then spread this second bun and place the third slice of bread on top. Press the whole gently and cut the bread in half diagonally. Enjoy your meal!

Tip for drinks! Use a glass to press a few rounds out of a few slices of bread. Spread these rolls with the salmon and egg salad and stick cheerful skewers into them.

  • 50 g boiled egg
  • 50 gr smoked salmon
  • 10 g pickles
  • 30 g crème fraîche
  • 60 gr Marne Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 1 white casino bread
