Cauliflower dish with creamy mustard sauce

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cook for 7 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, chop the onion and garlic and cut the carrot into small cubes.
  4. Fry onion, garlic and carrot in the pan for about 1,5 minutes.
  5. Add plant-based milk and cheese. Stir well and leave the cheese
    to melt.
  6. Finally, add 1 stock cube, 2 tablespoons of mustard and Italian herbs
    toe.
  7. Place the cauliflower in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with extra vegan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian herbs and some olive oil.
  8. Bake the cauliflower dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Finish with finely chopped chives if desired.

Ingredients

(for 4 persons)

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp Marne mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • half a pack of vegan cheese (approx. 100 grams)
  • 1 glass of plant-based milk (approx. 200 ml)
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Italian herbs
  • 1 vegetable stock block
  • chives (optional)
