Cauliflower dish with creamy mustard sauce
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cook for 7 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the onion and garlic and cut the carrot into small cubes.
- Fry onion, garlic and carrot in the pan for about 1,5 minutes.
- Add plant-based milk and cheese. Stir well and leave the cheese
to melt. - Finally, add 1 stock cube, 2 tablespoons of mustard and Italian herbs
toe. - Place the cauliflower in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with extra vegan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian herbs and some olive oil.
- Bake the cauliflower dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Finish with finely chopped chives if desired.

(for 4 persons)
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp Marne mustard
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- half a pack of vegan cheese (approx. 100 grams)
- 1 glass of plant-based milk (approx. 200 ml)
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Italian herbs
- 1 vegetable stock block
- chives (optional)
