Ciabatta with chicken and mustard mayonnaise

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. For the mustard mayonnaise, mix the mayonnaise and honey mustard together. Heat the ciabattas in the oven for a few minutes. Cut them in half lengthwise and spread them thinly with the mustard mayonnaise. Top the ciabattas with the cucumber and divide the chicken, tomato, capers, onion and parsley over them. Serve the rest of the mustard mayonnaise separately.

Ingredients

  • 4 small ciabattas
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 150 g smoked chicken fillet, cut into strips
  • 1 tomato seeds removed and cut into strips
  • 1 el capers
  • 1/2 red onion in rings
  • Sprig of parsley

For the mustard mayonnaise:

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard
