Preparation method

Mix the honey with the Marne Groninger Mustard and the orange juice until you get a smooth mixture. Cut out 6 rounds from the puff pastry slices. Cut the Port Salut into thin slices and cut out 12 cheese rounds in approximately the same shape as the puff pastry rounds. Place a slice of Port Salut on a puff pastry base, topped with another round of puff pastry, above that another round of Port Salut and finish with a round of puff pastry. Brush the top of the puff pastry* with the egg yolk and finally bake the towers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoons of the honey mustard mixture with the lamb's lettuce and divide the mixture over 2 plates. Chop the nuts finely and cut the grapes in half. Place the puff pastry tower in the center of the plate and divide the nuts and grapes over the lettuce. Finish the plate with a little more honey mustard dressing.

* Recipe variation: Break the egg and add ¼ part milk. Stir until smooth and add a teaspoon of Marne Groninger Mustard. Stir carefully and brush the top of the puff pastry before putting the towers in the oven.
