Dijon mustard 235g
Handmade with pride and passion by our Groningen mustard masters. This type of mustard for real enthusiasts originally comes from the French city of Dijon. Made according to an official French decree. Only the core of the brown mustard seeds is used in the production of this type of mustard.
This makes this mustard considerably sharper than, for example, French or coarse mustard. And because the husks of the mustard seeds are sieved out during production, the mustard gets its strikingly light color.
