Roast beef carpaccio with apple and honey mustard
Ingredients
- 150 grams sliced roast beef
- 1 pcs Granny Smith in wafer-thin slices
- 2 radishes in thin slices
- 100 grams of iceberg lettuce
- 100 grams of aged cheese in cubes
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 0.5 tablespoon Marne Grove Mustard
- 1 handful of mixed nuts
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Preparation method
Mix 1 half a tablespoon of Marne Grove Mustard with a tablespoon of honey. Divide the iceberg lettuce on a plate, sprinkle the apple with some lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Divide the apple and radish slices on the lettuce. Then divide the roast beef over it, sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the roast beef to your liking. Sprinkle the honey mustard over the roast beef and finish with a handful of mixed nuts and cubes of aged cheese.
