Ham egg sandwich
In a large bowl, mix the crème fraîche, a pinch of curry powder and the Marne Grove Mustard well together.
Ingredients for 4 People
- 90 grams of boiled egg
- 30 grams of ham
- 15 grams of pickle
- 50 grams of crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 30 grams of Marne Grove Mustard
- 1 white casino bread
Boil the eggs and scare them in cold water. Cut the ham, pickle and egg into approximately equal sized pieces. In a large bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, a pinch of curry powder and the Marne Grove Mustard. Then add the eggs and ham to the sauce. Let it rest so that the flavors can blend well. The salad is at its best when you let it rest in the fridge overnight. Take three slices of casino bread and cut the crusts off. Spread the first sandwich with a thin layer of the ham egg salad. Now put the second slice of bread on top. Then spread this second bun and place the third slice of bread on it. Press it all gently and cut the bread in half at an angle. Enjoy your meal!
Tip for a drink! With a glass, squeeze a few rounds out of a few slices of bread. Spread these sandwiches with the ham egg salad and pierce cheerful skewers.
