Ham cream cheese salad
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, curry powder and Marne Grove Mustard Sauce and mix well.
Ingredients for 4 People
- 275 grams of potatoes
- 140 grams of ham
- 35 grams of pickles
- 20 grams of silver onions
- 60 grams of cream cheese
- 60 grams of Marne Grove Mustard
- 1 pinch of curry powder
Preparation method
Boil the potatoes and let them cool. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, curry powder and Marne Grove Mustard and mix well. Cut the ham, pearl onions and pickles in more or less equal parts and add them to the mixture in the bowl. Finally, cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in the bowl. Mix everything carefully together. Note: if you mix too hard or too long, the salad will be too fine and too smooth. Let it rest so that the flavors can blend well. The salad is at its best when you let it rest in the fridge overnight.
