Ciabatta with chicken and mustard sauce
Cover the ciabattas with the cucumber and spread the chicken, the tomato, the capers, the onion and the parsley on top. Serve the rest of the Marne mustard sauce separately.
Ingredients for 4 People
- Marne Grove Mustard
- 4 small ciabattas
- half cucumber in thin slices
- 150 grams of smoked chicken fillet in strips
- 1 tomato without seeds in strips
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 0.5 red onion in rings
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Marne Mustard Sauce
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Heat the ciabattas in the oven for a few minutes. Cut them in half lengthwise and spread thinly on both sides with the Mustard Sauce *. Top the ciabattas with the cucumber and spread the chicken, tomato, capers, onion and parsley on top. Serve the rest of the Mustard Sauce separately.
* Use one of the variations: Marne French Mustard Sauce or Marne Honey Mustard Sauce.
