Braised barrel rolls
Clean the onions and cut them into rings. In a pan, add 1 dl water and add the onions, a generous splash of olive oil, a splash of white wine, pepper and paprika and 1 large tablespoon of Marne Groninger Mustard.
Ingredients for 4 People
- 2 onions
- olive oil
- pepper
- paprika powder
- 8 sole fillets
- White wine
- Marne Groninger Mustard
Preparation method
Wash the sole fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Clean the onions and cut them into rings. In a pan, add 1 dl water and add the onions, a generous splash of olive oil, a splash of white wine, pepper and paprika and 1 large tablespoon of Marne Groninger Mustard. Bring to the boil and then lower it with a lid on the pan, so that the onions can soften. Put the tongues in the sauce for 10 minutes until they are deliciously stewed. Roll up the tongues and place them (2 per person) on a preheated plate. Finish with the sauce and onion rings.
