Spicy drumsticks
Ingredients for 5 People
- 20 chicken legs
- 200 grams of breadcrumbs
- bunch of fresh parsley
- paprika powder
- 3 teaspoon of black pepper
- 100 grams of parmesan cheese
- 150 grams of (melted) butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 grams of Marne Dutch Mustard
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Start making the breadcrumbs. Take fresh breadcrumbs or ready-to-eat breadcrumbs and mix in a bunch of freshly cut parsley, the paprika, dried oregano, black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese. Dry the drumsticks well with kitchen paper. Mix the melted butter, garlic and Marne Dutch mustard into a smooth sauce and coat the chicken legs with it. Roll the drumsticks through the panel mixture and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper. Roast the chicken legs in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
