Smoked salmon egg sandwich
Boil the eggs and scare them in cold water. Cut the smoked salmon, gherkins and eggs into approximately the same size.
Ingredients for 4 People
- 50 grams of boiled egg
- 50 grams of smoked salmon
- 10 grams of pickles
- 30 grams of crème fraîche
- 60 grams of Marne Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 white casino bread
Preparation method
Boil the eggs and scare them in cold water. Cut the smoked salmon, gherkins and eggs into approximately the same size. In a large bowl, mix together the crème fraîche, a pinch of dill and the Marne Honey Mustard Sauce. Mix the ingredients and sauce together. Let it rest so that the flavors can blend well. The salad is at its best when you let it rest in the fridge overnight. Take three slices of casino bread and cut the crusts off. Spread the first slice of bread with a thin layer of the salmon egg salad. Now put the second slice of bread on top. Then spread this second bun and place the third slice of bread on it. Press it all gently and cut the bread in half at an angle. Enjoy your meal!
Tip for a drink! With a glass, squeeze a few rounds out of a few slices of bread. Spread these sandwiches with the salmon egg salad and stick cheerful skewers in them.
