  • 2 hard-boiled egg gels
  • 2 raw egg gels
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Marne Dijon Mustard
  • 4 dl cream

Preparation method

Stir the hard boiled and raw egg gels together with the Marne Dijon Mustard and vinegar and mix with the very lightly stored cream.
