Salad with sardines
Tear the arugula into smaller pieces and cut the sardines into pieces. Halve the tomatoes and remove the inner part.
Ingredients for 4 People
- 150 grams of mixed lettuce of your choice
- 50 grams of arugula
- 1 can of sardines
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100 grams of feta cheese
- 6 tablespoons of good olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Marne French Mustard
- lemon juice
- pepper
Preparation method
Cut the lettuce into small pieces. Tear the arugula into smaller pieces and cut the sardines into pieces. Halve the tomatoes and remove the inner part. Then cut the tomatoes into cubes. Chop the onion and crumble the feta cheese. Then carefully mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Make a dressing of oil, vinegar and Marne French Mustard. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste and spoon the dressing over the salad.
