Marne is building the future

On April 11, 2017 we drove the first pile for the expansion of our logistics hall. With this expansion, we will further shape the ambitions for the future: growth at a national and international level. The new building will create more space in the existing hall to continue the craft within the modern production techniques.

The first pile of this new hall was driven by our employee Rikus Hoving. Rikus had been working at Marne for 45 years, making it our most loyal and oldest serving.

Marne has a rich history in which she never left her roots in Groningen. Departure from Groningen has therefore never been an option. By enlarging the existing building on the current site, Marne also commits to Groningen for the future. A future that we look forward to with confidence!

The official opening took place in July 2018 and the hall has been in full use ever since.
