Preparation method

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster or in the oven. In the meantime, mix together the crab, spring onion, crème fraiche, mustard and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the crab salad into 4 glasses, garnish with a sprig of chervil and serve with sliced ​​toasted bread.
