Sandwich with mustard cream cheese
We served these fresh, summery sandwiches at the Libelle Summer Week. A simple and quick dish for a tasty lunch or as a healthy snack.
Preparation method
Mix the cream cheese with the Marne Honey Mustard. Spread four slices of casino bread liberally with the mustard cream cheese. Then place the chicken fillet slices on top and spread the arugula lettuce over it. Spread the other four slices of bread thinly with the mustard cream cheese and place them on top of the other sandwiches. Press well and cut the rolls diagonally, so that you have a triangular sandwich. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Marne Honey Mustard
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 8 slices of white casino bread
- 8 slices of chicken fillet
- 1 bag of arugula lettuce
