Main-dish salad with chicken and goat cheese

Fancy a meal salad? Be creative and make one yourself.

Ingredients

1 bag of mixed lettuce

1 cucumber

1 pack of cherry tomatoes

1 avocado

1 pack of goat cheese with honey

200 gram smoked chicken

Marne Honey MustardSauce

pepper and salt

Directions

1Fancy a meal salad? Be creative and make one yourself. Meal salads are tasty, healthy and easy to make with fresh ingredients. Take for instance a delicious meal salad with smoked chicken, goat cheese and Marne Honey MustardSauce.

2Put the mixed lettuce in a bowl or divide on the plates. Cut the smoked chicken, tomato, cucumber and avocado into chunks. Divide this on top of the lettuce. Crumble the goat cheese over the salad. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. For a finishing touch, pour some Marne Honey MustardSauce on the salad. It’s that simple. Bon appetite!
