Crispy chicken in an Asian jacket
Cut the chicken into nice strips and dip them in a bowl with a beaten egg. Drain the strips and sprinkle them all around with flour.
Ingredients for 4 People
- 2 to 3 chicken fillets
- 2 eggs
- flower
- Marne French Mustard
- honey
- soy sauce
- sesame seeds
- olive oil
Preparation method
Cut the chicken into nice strips and dip them in a bowl with the beaten egg. Drain the strips and sprinkle them all around with flour. In the meantime, make a sauce of Marne French Mustard, honey and a dash of sweet soy sauce at your own discretion. Fry the chicken in olive oil and add the sauce. Let it all continue cooking. As a finishing touch, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds over the chicken and then raise the heat and fry the strips crispy.
