- 180 grams of camembert
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 tablespoon of Marne Limburg or Groninger Mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation method
Cut the camembert into pieces and let them melt slowly in a non-stick pan. Add the honey and cream while stirring constantly. Flap the sauce with a little dry sherry or white wine. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of Marne Limburgse or Marne Groninger Mustard and stir briefly.
Tip: don’t wait too long before serving. The mustard quickly loses its spicy taste due to the heat.
