Preparation method
A simple dressing recipe, with which you can vary excellently! A dressing usually consists of 1 part acid (vinegar) and 3 to 4 parts oil with a spoonful of mustard. The mustard is used for taste and for good mixing. Mustard works as a perfect, natural emulsifier. In a bowl, stir the vinegar or lemon juice together with some pepper and the Marne Limburg Mustard. Finally add the oil and mix everything until well dissolved. Vary this recipe by using a different mustard or vinegar. If you prefer a smooth dressing, use a Marne French Mustard. Add some herbs or a crushed garlic clove to your own taste. You get a sweet note by adding a little sugar or honey.
