Mustard soup from Limburg 3 5 0

Boil the water and the meat broth. Add Marne Limburgse Mustard and cream. Stir with a whisk to make the delicious soup.

1 liter of water

0,5 liter cream

35 gram meat bouillon

200 gram Marne Limburgse Mustard



1Boil the water together with the meat bouillon. Add the Marne Limburge Mustard and the cream and stir with a whisk. Add 4 tablespoons of moist to the mustard mixture and next the entire mixture can be added to the water. Mix the cornstarch with some water and bind the soup with this to taste.

2Would you prefer a stronger mustard flavor? Add more mustard. Also very nice: bacon in the soup!
