It is a recipe with many variants.
2Bake the dices of bacon in a frying pan. Put 2 tablespoons of Marne Grained Mustard or Marne Groninger Mustard in a saucepan and poor some boiled water from the potatoes to make a sauce. Let it boil. Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of flower with cold water and add this to the sauce. Let it simmer until it reaches the desired thickness. Make sure to keep stirring. Finally, poor the gravy from the fried bacon into the sauce and let it boil for a few seconds.
