Crispy chicken from Asia 4 5 0

Cut the chicken into fine strips and dip them in a bowl with a loosely beaten egg. Allow the slices to drain and sprinkle generously with flour.

Ingredients

2 à 3 chicken breasts

2 eggs

flour

Marne French Mustard

honey

soy sauce

sesame seeds

olive oil

Directions

1Cut the chicken into fine strips and dip them in a bowl with a loosely beaten egg. Allow the slices to drain and sprinkle generously with flour. In the meantime, make a sauce from the Marne French Mustard, honey and soy sauce to your own taste.

2Bake the chicken in the olive oil and add the sauce on top of the strips and bake it a little longer. As a finishing touch you can add some sesame seeds, increase the heat and in order to bake crispy strips.
